- All contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter a contest.
- Contestants must be residents within WMUU FM’s coverage area. This includes parts of these four states in the U.S.A.: South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.
- No employee of WMUU Inc. or immediate family members are eligible for any WMUU promotion or contest.
- No WMUU advertiser is eligible to participate in a WMUU promotion or contest.
- No one can win a prize more than once every thirty (30) days.

| METHOD of DETERMINING WINNERS |

- The method for determining winners will be determined by WMUU Inc. prior to each contest.
- The winners are responsible for any taxes due as a result of winning the prize or prizes. WMUU will provide a 1099-MISC tax form to winners when applicable.
- All prizes must be redeemed within the specified time on the gift certificate.
- All prizes must be redeemed for merchandise or services only. No prize or gift certificate can be redeemed for cash.
