WMUU Contest Registration - Contest Rules

Contests

All contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter a contest.
Contestants must be residents within WMUU FM’s coverage area. This includes parts of these four states in the U.S.A.: South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.
No employee of WMUU Inc. or immediate family members are eligible for any WMUU promotion or contest.
No WMUU advertiser is eligible to participate in a WMUU promotion or contest.
No one can win a prize more than once every thirty (30) days.

The method for determining winners will be determined by WMUU Inc. prior to each contest.

The winners are responsible for any taxes due as a result of winning the prize or prizes. WMUU will provide a 1099-MISC tax form to winners when applicable.

All prizes must be redeemed within the specified time on the gift certificate.
All prizes must be redeemed for merchandise or services only. No prize or gift certificate can be redeemed for cash.

One entry per person per contest.
Void where prohibited by law.
All WMUU general contest rules apply to all WMUU contests unless otherwise specified.
