Carolina Book Rack

People who enjoy reading have been happy for 33 years that Martha McLeod decided to open the first Carolina Book Rack in Greenville. Since then two additional stores have opened in Mauldin and in Spartanburg. In December of 2001, we moved the Mauldin store to the new Cherrydale Point Shopping Center. In 2005 we moved the Cherrydale store to Lake Forest Shopping Center.

Carolina Book Rack was the first of its kind when it opened. We started with the idea of making good reading accessible to the public at a reasonable price, and have worked hard to continue this through the years.
The three Carolina Book Racks offer new and used paperbacks in every imaginable category in both fiction and non-fiction. Readers may trade books which offers a saving of up to ¼ of the cover retail price.

In addition to having the most reasonable prices, the three Carolina Book Racks have special tables of over-stocked books which are sold at extra-low prices such as 3 for $1.00.

The Carolina Book Racks have literally thousands of new and used paperback books. If you enjoy reading, we have something for you.
